GoodData Named as a Best Privately Held Software Company in JMP Securities Hot 100 List

GoodData ranked for strength of platform, advanced analytics, and cloud computing capabilities

SAN FRANCISCO – September 3, 2014 – Today GoodData announced it was named in the 2014 Hot 100: Best Privately Held Software Companies list by JMP Securities, a full-service investment bank. GoodData was included in the Big Data Infrastructure and Analytics category, outlined by financial growth, products and services, quality of leadership, customers and market potential.

JMP Securities highlighted GoodData’s dashboard metrics, key performance indicators, ad hoc analysis, work collaboration options, and mobile applications. JMP Securities’ software research team developed the list, which profiles 100 of the leading private companies in various sectors of the software industry.

“With the rise of next generation data platforms, it is essential for analytics to keep pace and deliver actionable insight for anyone, anywhere,” said GoodData founder and CEO Roman Stanek. “GoodData leads the cloud BI market with its end-to-end solution and provides users with business agility, security, and overall lower costs compared to legacy on-premise platforms.”

This industry recognition follows the recent Nucleus Research Technology Value Matrix for Business Intelligence and Analytics, which placed GoodData in the Leader Quadrant in back-to-back years. GoodData was also recently named as a winner by AlwaysOn in the annual OnDemand 100 List.
