Forrester reports that 47% of North American and European enterprise software decision-makers are expecting to increase their investment in SaaS this year, with customer-centric applications (marketing, sales force automation, commerce, service, support) showing the highest adoption. That number represents a growth in the SaaS provider market of approximately 87% over last year, which is incredible when you consider how large the landscape already was; and that’s just martech!
