SAN FRANCISCO – July 2, 2013 – GoodData today announced that it has appointed Maureen Kelly as the company's Chief Marketing Officer, leading the marketing and product management organization. An enterprise marketing veteran and entrepreneur, Kelly brings a unique perspective to marketing that puts the customer first as a means to align the company's marketing and sales teams.

GoodData delivers an on-demand business intelligence service that lets businesspeople turn data from any source into an immediate advantage. The company tripled its revenue in the first quarter of 2013, as compared to the same period the previous year, and added marquee customers such as Comcast, Universal McCann and Lenovo to its list of 20,000 active clients. The company recently closed a $22 million Series D round led by Sao Paulo-based TOTVS SA, Latin America's largest software company. The funding will enable GoodData to enter the Latin America market as well as expand its marketing organization.

Kelly joins GoodData from 2 Be Bold, a boutique marketing and sales enablement consulting firm that she founded in 2011, with clients that included Greenplum, MobileIron, Smartling, SugarCRM and Yammer. Before 2 Be Bold, Kelly was senior director of product marketing at Symantec. She previously held executive marketing positions at security software leader Vontu (now part of Symantec), database archiving company OuterBay (now part of Hewlett-Packard), SaaS collaboration company Amplitude (now part of CriticalPath) and PeopleSoft (now part of Oracle).
