Former Cisco executive to drive growth strategy for sales engineering and support customer-centric innovation of Open Analytics Platform
SAN FRANCISCO – April 17, 2014 – GoodData®, the leader in end-to-end cloud analytics, today announced the addition of Bill Lapp as Vice President, Sales Engineering and Enablement. Lapp joins GoodData with more than 12 years of experience in high performance computing, SaaS, and enterprise sales leadership. In this role, he will support continued innovation of GoodData’s Open Analytics Platform and prepare the sales engineering team for future growth.
Lapp comes to GoodData from Cisco, where he held leadership roles in product development, deployment, acquisition integration. While at Cisco, Lapp led the US Enterprise Collaboration Systems Engineering organization that was instrumental to the company's sales transition from individual collaboration technologies to the Cisco's Enterprise Collaboration Platform.
