An Update for Customers on COVID-19

As COVID-19 continues to impact the global community, we would like to share with you the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world.
As a cloud-based SaaS company, we are committed to ensuring that the performance, reliability and security of our business activities are not impacted. We have assessed and augmented our business continuity and disaster recovery plans for business and operational risks posed by COVID-19, and have coordinated with our key vendors on their response activities and preparedness. The GoodData Platform, our Professional Services, Customer Support, and other business functions will continue operating without interruption during this challenging time.
We are committed to doing our part to limit the spread of the virus and remain dedicated to the health, well-being and safety of our employees, customers and partners. In accordance with guidance from local government and public health authorities across the globe, we have asked employees to work from home. To ensure there is no business disruption, we have outfitted our teams with appropriate remote technology support to continue their work seamlessly and efficiently, consistent with our firm’s privacy and security policies. We have suspended employee travel internationally and domestically. In addition, given many of our customers have implemented similar travel policies, we have instructed employees to leverage technology and conduct internal and external meetings virtually.
