Zendesk and GoodData reaffirm relationship with multi-year deal for Zendesk Insights
SAN FRANCISCO – November 19, 2015 – GoodData®, a leading provider of business intelligence for data monetization to enterprises and ISVs, today announced that Zendesk, Inc. has extended its partnership with GoodData to power Zendesk Insights and enable their users to make real-time, data-enabled business decisions.
After powering customer analytics with GoodData in 2010 and launching the Zendesk Insights data product in 2014, Zendesk has reinvested in GoodData’s advanced analytics to provide organizations with user-friendly tools to better understand and fulfill customer support needs. GoodData will continue to provide its global support and compliant environment to the entire Zendesk customer community.
