GoodData will brief many of the world’s leading Business Intelligence (BI) analysts this Friday at the Boulder BI Brain Trust (BBBT), the largest industry analyst consortium of its kind.
SAN FRANCISCO — June 12, 2015 — GoodData's Vice President of Product, Gaurav Argarwal, and Vice President of Product Marketing, Jeff Morris, will brief BBBT on GoodData’s Insights Network, which leverages information from millions of interactions to guide users with best practices to explore their data.
You shouldn’t have to be a data scientist to extract business-changing insights from your data. What if powerful and agile didn’t need to mean complicated? Through an intuitive interface, users receive recommendations while they ignore irrelevant metrics, and pull in new data fields for ad-hoc analysis and access deeper, critical insights in a fraction of the time.
“Hiring a data scientist has taken on mythical qualities. They are very rare. Overcoming the shortage is a tall order to fill. Analytical technologies must mask the complexity behind data science while maintaining appropriate guidance and best practices,” said BBBT Founder, Claudia Imhoff. “GoodData will showcase their Insights Network’s ‘data scientist in a box’ capabilities.”
“The time for moving beyond traditional BI and towards Insights as a Service is now,” said Mr. Morris. “As we introduce the BBBT analyst community to GoodData’s Insights Network, I look forward to the engaging discussions based on a shared passion for efficiently solving the challenges faced in business analytics.”
A podcast summarizing the presentation will be available at the BBBT podcasts page and a video of the presentation will be available at the BBBT videos page.
The Boulder Business Intelligence Brain Trust has served the BI industry since 2006. It is a consortium of over 180 industry analysts, experts, and practitioners from around the world. BBBT hosts BI industry vendors who provide extended, interactive briefings, streamed live as webinars exclusively to BBBT members. It's a reciprocal arrangement, the members receive the latest information on current and planned BI tools and technologies, and the vendors get valuable feedback on their offerings, marketing, and messaging.
