Project Manager / Team Lead

Your job will be to

• Managing projects portfolio and initiatives from kickoff and planning to review and close. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within the budget and to the required quality specifications.

• Manages the team resources, capacity and workload to ensure dedicated projects are adequately resourced.

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer project implementation matters, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. 

• Participate in analysis of business and functional requirements (product strategy, roadmap of reporting, requirements, workflows, roles and target personas); with the objective of finding out how analytics & reporting solutions can support customer business goals. 

• Working with sales in developing and implementing project scope, schedules and cost estimates.

About you

• Always put customers first - this may require the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes in business and solution negotiations.

• At least 5 years of recent experience managing projects in DWH/BI domain.

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing a delivery team.

• Business acumen, excellent presentation, listening, and writing skills.

• Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with internal and external team players to create solutions to meet client needs.

• Strong negotiation skills, being able to paint vision and work strategically as well as tactically towards a specific goal.

• Knowledge of DWH/BI industry and architecture, stay up-to-date on the latest BI technologies and best practices.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
