GoodData Datacenters
GoodData Cloud is deployed across multiple global regions to ensure availability, performance, and security. Each data center is hosted by a major cloud provider and has defined IP addresses that you can whitelist to allow secure connections between GoodData and your data sources.
Check Your Data Center
To see where your GoodData environment is deployed, call:
/api/v1/entities/admin/organizations/{id}
Then check these read-only fields in data.attributes:
dataCenter: the data center code, for exampleams1oriad1region: the deployment region, for examplewesteuropeorus-east-1
These values match the Datacenter and Region values listed in the tables below.

Firewall Configuration
To enable secure connections between GoodData Cloud and your data source, add the IP addresses for your chosen data center to your firewall configuration.
If multiple IP addresses are listed for a region, all must be whitelisted to ensure reliability.
