Centralized Automations Management
With centralized automations management, you no longer need to track alerts and scheduled exports individually on each dashboard. Instead, you gain a centralized view of all automations across an entire workspace, making it easier to manage, audit, and control them in one place.
When you enable this feature, the familiar Show alerts and Show schedules dialogs available in the dashboard menu:
Are transformed into two new workspace-level management dialogs. The Alerts management dialog:
And the Scheduled exports management dialog:
The new dialogs consolidate all automations across dashboards in the workspace. They provide tools to help you keep control:
- Filter by narrowing down by dashboard, recipients, or automation status (success or failure).
- Search for automations using keywords.
- Select and delete multiple automations at once.
- Copy automation IDs for API or SDK work.
- Open individual automations directly for review or updates.
Our plan is to expand on this work by introducing similar management functionality at the organization level. This will let you aggregate and manage automations from all workspaces in one place, providing broader visibility and control.
