About The Role & Team

GoodData seeks a proven Senior Enterprise Account Executive that’s eager to make an immediate impact on our growing sales team. If you have experience working with leading analytics technologies that are innovating and evolving their space and are a customer-focused, self-starter who can create and evolve large enterprise opportunities within a 4-6 month deal cycle, then we’d like to meet you.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop an engagement strategy to drive new logo acquisition among enterprise companies (over 1000 employees).

  • Serve as a "Consultative Sales Professional" to new enterprise prospects as well as to our top 20 most strategic accounts.

  • Translate customer business goals and objectives into analytics use cases.

  • Lead prospects through a creative and complex solution-selling process.

  • The quota is comprised of Strategic Account expansion (4-7 strategic accounts) and net new enterprise logo acquisition.

  • Lead multiple sales cycles simultaneously while growing pipeline and closing opportunities.

  • Team leadership for customer success lead and solution engineer.
  • Consistently forecast monthly and quarterly performance.

  • Own the customer relationship and co-development their growth strategy with GoodData.

  • Act as QB for all internal GD resources that need to be leveraged for customer success.

About You

  • 8+ years of direct sales experience within SaaS, B2B, and enterprise software.

  • Background communicating with VP, SVP, and C-Level Executives.

  • 2+ years of previous management experience desired.
  • You are a disciplined, assertive self-starter with a proven ability to work with SDR team to build a qualified pipeline and to close complex enterprise deals.

  • You act with urgency and have a natural curiosity about a prospect's business goals.

  • You thrive when given the opportunity to grow business with a client, and can set and execute a multi-year growth strategy with the client.

  • Historical experience selling into FinServ, Industrial, Healthcare, or ISV accounts.

  • Experience working with partners in the cloud data ecosystem:  Snowflake, Dremio, AWS, etc.

  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding quota and key metrics.

  • Detail-oriented, strong relationship-building skills, and a focus on a high level of customer service.

  • Executive presence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-caliber presentation skills.

  • Ability to work cross-culturally/cross-functionally.


Annual base salary: $130,000 - $200,000

The base range represents the anticipated low and high range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on geographic location, job related skills, experience, qualifications and market conditions.
