The Sales Enablement Lead is part of the Sales Engineering & Enablement organization, cooperating closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for researching and creating content that helps our Account Executives better understand how to help our prospects trial and buy GoodData’s solutions. Content created includes one-pagers, competitive battle cards, training materials, and other relevant internal slide decks. Besides content ownership, you will help design the messaging and value proposition the sales team uses in their communication with prospects. Finally, you will train and enable your sales colleagues so that they can leverage the content in their daily job.

This position is open for Prague and Brno - you can work in hybrid work mode or even remote if you prefer.

Goals

  • Ideate and create the content which helps our buyers to buy; own the content roadmap

  • Conduct competitive research to deliver battle cards; train the sales team on how to use those assets

  • Create, own and maintain relevant slide decks that explain GoodData’s  products and services in various aspects and technical levels of detail

  • Collaborate with Developer Advocates,, Product Marketing,  Sales, and Product team to drive net new logo acquisition

Requirements

  • Experience within a sales enablement function, knowledge of sales enablement best practices, processes, and technologies 

  • Experience with content creation and ability to express other’s ideas - collateral (ebooks, one-pagers, infographics), email sequences, talk tracks, and slide decks

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, pipeline management, and buyer journey alignment

  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion; plan and facilitate meetings with the team.

  • Adaptability and flexibility with the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.

  • General understanding of Data fundamentals, analytics, and software development (not being afraid of explaining how an API works)

  • A patient and friendly personality with a sense of humor
