In addition to the self-service option, GoodData provides a full-service option. Our Consulting team will design the ETL processes for your project, and the Data Load Monitoring Services team will execute those processes 24x7 on our cloud platform with proactive monitoring.
24 x 7 proactive monitoring: We will proactively monitor your ETL processes 24x7, and ensure that all the relevant data is being uploaded to the GoodData platform as per agreed upon service levels.
Mitigating data load failures: If you ever encounter data load failures due to data errors or platform errors, we will rollback to the most recent consistent state to ensure you can continue to analyze some of the historical data.
Monthly data loading statistics: Every month, we will send you a detailed report of the transformations and data loads that we executed for your project, and highlight areas of improvement.
Defined service levels: We will work with you to define ETL frequency and service levels for your data operations and ensure that your GoodData projects always show the most recent and relevant data.
Data Load Monitoring Services are engaged on a quarterly basis to ensure that your ETL processes are executed in accordance with the overall project goals and SLAs.
