Take a Spin through our Live Customer Analytics Demo
As part of the GoodData launch at Dreamforce, we released a live Customer Analytics demo project. This sample project – which is now available to anyone with a GoodData account – allows you to get a taste of GoodData Customer Analytics and see what kinds of reports and analytics are possible using the application.

The demo project comes not only with sample data, but also comes pre-loaded with sample reports, dashboards and custom metrics. The project includes 3 pre-built dashboards for you to peruse:
- Executive Overview, which provides an executive view of sales history and pipeline
- Sales Operations, which provides a detailed view into sales history, pipeline, rep performance, and more. There are over 20 reports across 7 dashboard tabs here.
- Current Quarter, showing a regional view of the pipeline based on a user’s credentials (e.g., the Midwest sales manager only sees the Midwest sales pipeline).
All users can drill into the data and create their own reports with the click of a button. The Customer Analytics project uses data from a fictitious company selling financial and telecom products. Data contained in the project include sales pipeline data from a CRM solution. Those versed in Salesforce will recognize Opportunity, User and Account modules in the data. In addition, we have also “mashed up” data from a third-party HR system such as Workday or Kronos. HR data include sales representatives’ start date and 2009 quota target.
