JIRA Analytics: Manage Your Development by the Metrics

We’ve been working with CustomWare on a GoodData JIRA analytics app—you can see a sneak preview of the app in this post. The app captures historical JIRA issues & project data, brings them into a GoodData data mart, and presents it in the form of pre-built metrics, reports and dashboards that bring your software development to life.

CustomWare is a leading solution provider for JIRA and other Atlassian products (and they work closely with some of our SaaS brethren).  In fact, they are a Platinum sponsor of Atlassian Summit this week in San Francisco.

The JIRA analytics app is a match made in heaven—it combines CustomWare’s JIRA connector framework and knowledge of the intricacies of JIRA data model and customer requirements with GoodData’s SaaS BI platform and expertise in presenting business data as dashboards chock full of actionable metrics.
