How Did Gazelle Embed Metrics into their Culture?
Last week I shared videos from our customer Enterasys Networks on making Cloud BI pervasive through their business - starting with Sales Analytics for Salesforce CRM, and moving way beyond.
Now I want to share a very different story from Gazelle - which is creating a cool company around reCommerce (put more simply ... trading in your used gadgets for cash). Last September we profiled them on our blog. They are one of the most metrics-driven companies I have ever seen, and it’s stunning to see how far they’ve come to embed metrics into the culture of the company.
