Roman is GoodData’s visionary leader; in 2007 he had the crazy idea that cloud computing could finally make good on the broken promises of generations of BI. Roman has been a tech entrepreneur for almost 20 years. He was Founder and CEO of NetBeans (acquired by Sun Microsystems) and Systinet (acquired by Mercury Interactive and later Hewlett Packard). Stephane Panier, CFO
Stephane brings more than a decade of experience managing the rapid growth of Internet-scale companies. Prior to joining GoodData, Stephane was president of Bebo, overseeing all global operations for AOL’s social network. Stephane also spent six years at Google, building the company’s Product and Engineering Finance team, leading the EMEA Financial Planning team and managing AdSense’s astronomical revenue growth.

Michael Gear, Vice President, Field Operations
Michael’s mandate is customer success. He has spent more than 16 years helping Fortune 1000 and internet companies monetize cross-channel solutions engineered and delivered in the cloud. Prior to joining GoodData, Michael was Vice President of Sales at Webtrends, inc. where he was responsible for 70% of the company’s revenue. Earlier, he was a principal member of the Akamai sales team, helping the company grow from $0-$250 million in annual revenue.

Zdenek Svoboda, Vice President, Platform
Zdenek turns ideas into products, co-founding GoodData and leading the effort to build the world’s first true multi-tenant Cloud BI platform. Zdenek has been building world-class products for more 15 years in engineering and product management roles at Hewlett Packard, Systinet and NetBeans.

Jaroslav Gergic, Vice President, Engineering
Jaroslav manages GoodData’s engineering team, delivering a high-performance analytics service to thousands of users. Before joining GoodData, Jaroslav worked as a spend management consultant at Ariba, serving its Fortune 100 customers across Europe. Before Ariba, Jaroslav worked at various R&D positions at IBM, Reuters and LCS International.

As Vice President of Client Services, Cliff spearheads client services, customer support, training and implementation teams. He is zealously focused on the success of all GoodData clients post contract signature. A Professional Service veteran, Cliff has 18 years of experience in the area of professional services and has a passion for using technology to solve business problems. Before GoodData, Cliff worked at CaseCentral, Oracle, Stellent and Viant.
