Product Marketing Manager (email)
We are seeking a passionate product marketer who believes that every company needs analytics; a marketer who wants to break through the failures of two decades of business intelligence, analytics, dashboards and reporting and deliver something truly disruptive. The right product marketer wakes up in the morning with a desire to better and better explain the concepts, customer stories and business benefits of using cloud business intelligence in engaging, easy-to-understand language and formats. This means videos, web content, creative use of GoodData itself – and not more got-to-market worksheets and boring slide decks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Role-based marketing: Understand the drivers behind customer purchase behavior and adoption of reporting and analytics
- Go-to-market planning: Create go-to-market messages that connect GoodData to the right audiences and markets
- Content Creation: Write blogs, case studies, web content, video demos, etc.
- Sales and Partner Support: Enable sales to clearly communicate and demonstrate the value of GoodData
- Storytelling: Turn our successful customers into heroes; turn our product into something everyone can understand
Skills
- Startup DNA is critical
- A belief that analytics are for everyone, not just for the stats geeks or executives who run businesses
- “Web 2.0-style” communications style
- Technically curious, but business oriented
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a high-velocity b2b setting
- Business Intelligence, CRM, or SaaS experience a big plus
